Town of Oyster Bay - Golf Course Improvements

Negative Declaration

Nassau County - The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Golf Course Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to make improvements to the existing golf course at Bethpage State Park. This action includes the full depth replacement of existing cart paths, replacement of parking and improved drainage at the red barn, total reconstruction of the green barn, and repairs to the black barn. Existing vegetation, structures, and utilities to remain within the project site will be protected during demolition. Once complete, all disturbed areas will be restored to existing conditions. The project is located at 99 Quaker Meeting House Road in Farmingdale, Town of Oyster Bay, New York.
