New York State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan

Final Amendment No. 3 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024 Intended Use Plan (IUP)

FFY 2024 DWSRF Intended Use Plan Amendment:

DWSRF No. 18622: Village of Alfred, Allegany County. The project cost as listed in the DWSRF IUP is increased to a total project cost of $1,500,000 due to construction bid prices exceeding original estimates.

DWSRF No. 18575: Village of Greenwich, Washington County. The project cost as listed in the DWSRF IUP is increased to a total project cost of $11,000,000 due to construction bid prices exceeding original estimates.

DWSRF No. 17987: Town of Oneonta, Otsego County. The project cost as listed in the DWSRF IUP is increased to a total project cost of $500,000 for a cost increase.

DWSRF No. 17986: Town of Oneonta, Otsego County. The project cost as listed in the DWSRF IUP is increased to a total project cost of $1,000,000 for a cost increase.

DWSRF No. 19495: Town of Southeast, Putnam County. The project cost as listed in the DWSRF IUP is increased to a total project cost of $3,000,000 for a project scope and cost increase.

The New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) has determined that the amendment is necessary, reasonable, and in the interest of protecting public health. The amendment will not adversely affect any project on the IUP Project Annual List above the subsidized funding line. Except as noted above, there are no other changes to the IUP as a result of this Amendment No. 3 of the FFY 2024 IUP.
