12PM Mayor Parker to Attend Concilio's Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade
The mayor will join community members at Concilio's Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade celebrating Puerto Rican culture and heritage. This year's theme is "Alza tu Bandera" or "Raise your Flag" which encourages people to think about and celebrate, what the flag means to them.
