New ‘Monsters & Magic Event’ at Marble Arch Caves this Halloween

This Halloween an exciting new event takes place at the Marble Arch Caves, County Fermanagh. Families can enjoy Monsters & Magic Family Halloween Adventure-a thrilling outdoor event that promises to captivate both young adventurers and the young-at-heart.

Running on 26th - 31st October from 11am to 3pm, this event is suitable for children aged 5 and over. Guided by friendly (but spooky!) characters, little heroes will embark on a quest to defeat the forces of darkness, navigating an enchanted forest full of mystery, magic, and perhaps a few surprises along the way.

Special Sensory-Friendly Sessions will take place at 11am daily, with reduced scare levels and gentler sounds. This ensures everyone can enjoy the magic in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Visitors enjoying the Halloween thrills can also book a guided tour of the caves, which are open all year round. With their breathtaking natural formations and fascinating history, the caves are an unforgettable experience for all ages. The Marble Arch Caves, operated by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, were formed around 340 million years ago and today offer an opportunity for visitors to explore the incredible natural environment of the caves and surrounding rivers, mountains, ancient woodlands, waterfalls and gorges.
