A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Derrick McKinney, #172390

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. to consider the possible parole of Derrick McKinney, #172390. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams.

Derrick McKinney was sentenced to four terms of Life for the crimes of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree-Habitual 4th (three counts) and Breaking & Entering-Entry Without Breaking with Intent-Habitual 4th. Derrick McKinney was sentenced on March 28, 1994, out of Saginaw County.

Brian Shipman, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.

When logging into the hearing, your video camera must be turned off and audio muted to eliminate distraction during the hearing.
