Wickford Barracks

ARREST: 24RIK2-449-AR LOCATION: EAST GREENWICH

At 12:13 PM, Troopers arrested Nicholas Custodio, age 31, of 16 South Grove Avenue, Warren, Rhode Island for 1.) License or Permit Required to Carry a Pistol, 2.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited, 3.) Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited, and 4.) Loaded Weapons in Vehicles. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. Custodio was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court date.

ARREST: 24RIK2-450-AR LOCATION: EAST GREENWICH At 12:52 PM, Troopers arrested Matthew Macnie, age 36, of 206 Kenyon Avenue, East Greenwich, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Substance Under 10 Grams (Cocaine) and 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - 1st Offense, and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Blood Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop resulting from reports of an erratic operator on Division Street in the Town of East Greenwich. Macnie was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
