8th Street closed for water main leak repair

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Clarksville Gas & Water has closed 8th Street from Main Street to Franklin Street for water main leak repair. Traffic will be detoured to Main Street and Franklin Street during the work.

Motorists are advised to slow down and be alert to workers and their equipment.

The water main leak repair work is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 3 p.m.
