Personal injury accident in the town of Moira

press release

On September 10, 2024, at approximately 8:41 p.m., Troopers responded to County Route 5 in the town of Moira for a two-car personal injury accident. An investigation determined a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox operated by Hunter J. Cymbrak, age 20, of Malone, NY, was traveling north on County Route 5, stopped at the stop sign, proceeded through the intersection failing to observe a 2023 Hyundai operated by Camron T. Jock, age 21, of Moira, NY, traveling west on State Route 11, subsequently having Jock strike the rear passenger side of Cymbrak.

Cymbrak and Jock were transported to Franklin-Alice Hyde Memorial Hospital for minor injuries. Cymbrack was issued a vehicle and traffic ticket for failure to yield the right of way to a vehicle, returnable to the Town of Moira Court for a later date in October.
