On June 21, 2024, the New York State Police Rochester Gun Involved Violence Elimination (GIVE) Unit arrested Adalberto Leondones, age 19, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd (C Felony).

Leondones was found in possession of a handgun loaded with nine live rounds subsequent to a traffic stop on Joseph Ave in the city of Rochester.

Leondones was taken to the Monroe County Jail for CAP arraignment.
