Palatka Trick or Treat hours

During their meeting on Thursday, Oct. 24, the Palatka City Commission set Halloween Trick-or-Treat hours for the City from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. As always, the City stresses the importance of safety and encourages adults to accompany young children, use visible costumes, stick to sidewalks, and inspect candy before eating.
