Avrett Free Ginsberg (AFG&) announces the promotions of Amy Adams and Dawn Terrazas to President roles, effective immediately. Amy Adams will serve as President of Europe and Asia-Pacific, while Dawn Terrazas will take on the role of President of North America and LATAM. Both leaders will continue to report directly to Frank Ginsberg, Founder and CEO of AFG&.

In her newly elevated role, Amy will continue to extend AFG&'s high-impact approach across Europe and Asia-Pacific, leading dynamic, cross-market, multi-language teams designed to deliver integrated models against varied client needs. With 15 years of experience at AFG&, Amy has been instrumental in establishing AFG& offices in three countries and is committed to fostering collaborative environments that support both team success and individual development.

As President of North America and LATAM, Dawn will continue to lead AFG&'s strategy and digital content hub, with a focus on delivering new growth strategies for clients across the Americas. Known for her forward-thinking leadership, Dawn has been a driving force in reimagining what's possible in marketing over her 15-year tenure at AFG&.
