On September 19, 2024, the Board approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of the Company's Class A and Class B common shares. The dividend will be paid on October 18, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 4, 2024. As it is customary, details regarding the record and payment dates for any future quarterly dividends will be announced at the time such dividends are declared by the Board.
