Community Meeting to discuss the Proposed Design Standards for the 40R Zoning located at 8, 11, 20-32 Harrison Road and 262 Loring Avenue
Join city staff and the Forest River Residences project team to review the draft design standards attached to the proposed 40R Overlay Zoning located at 8, 11, 20-32 Harrison Road and 262 Loring Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed design standards and gather feedback from participants. The design standards will be incorporated into the 40R Preliminary Application of Eligibility submitted to the state. The meeting will take place remotely through Zoom.
