CBOE Proposed Amendments for Listed CEFs (Joint Trades)

SIFMA, SIMFA AMG, the Investment Adviser Association (IAA), and the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) provided comments to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Cboe BZX Exchange's (CBOE) proposed amendments to exempt closed-end funds (CEFs) registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (1940 Act) from the annual meeting of shareholders requirement set forth in CBOE Exchange Rule 14.10(f).
