The I-376 Parkway East Bridge over Four Mile Run Feasibility Study in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, involves the six-span bridge which dates to 1951, and serves as a critical transportation link for I-376 traffic over CSX and Allegheny Valley Railroads, Frazier Street, Swinburne Street, Boundary Street, Four Mile Run Park, Schenley Park, and various bike and pedestrian trails. Approximately 120,000 vehicles, including 9,000 trucks, cross the bridge daily. The Feasibility Study aims to explore options to address the bridge's deficient conditions, while also balancing community, environmental, and traffic considerations.
The project documents can be made available in alternative languages or formats if requested. If you need translation or interpretation services, or have special needs, or have special concerns that require individual attention, contact the Environmental Planning Manager, Mark Young at [email protected].
