On July 1, 2024, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested James Dalton, age 68, of 177 Lepes Road, Somerset, Massachusetts, for Vandalism/Malicious Damage to Property. Mr. Dalton was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned in Third District Court and held as a Superior Court Probation violator.
