Independence Day Closures

City of Irvine offices, aquatics facilities, and community centers will be closed in observance of Independence Day, July 4. Closures include:

  • Adventure Playground
  • Central Bark
  • Irvine Animal Care Center
  • Irvine Fine Arts Center
  • Lakeview Senior Center
  • Rancho Senior Center
  • Trabuco Center
  • Sweet Shade Ability Center
  • Farm + Food Lab at the Great Park

At the Great Park, the Visitor's Center, Balloon, and Carousel will be open. The Farm + Food Lab will be closed.

TRIPS buses and Irvine CONNECT will not be in service.

There will be no street sweeping taking place July 4 in the areas of College Park, Willows, Greentree, West Irvine, North Park Square, and Eastwood. Street sweeping in these areas will occur on the next scheduled date, July 18. For questions about trash collection, please visit Waste Management's website(link is external).
