Murdock Village CRA Meeting Sept. 24

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Sept. 17, 2024) - The Charlotte County Commission, acting ex-officio as the governing board of the Murdock Village Community Redevelopment Agency, has scheduled a meeting at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024 in Room 119 of the Charlotte County Administration Center, 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte.

Topic includes, but is not limited to, a resolution authorizing execution of closing documents on the sale of MVCRA-owned land in Murdock Village to KL WP Village LLC.

The public is invited to attend and provide input.
