Escena at Blossom Rock now offers buyers 8 floor plans in this master-planned community, ranging in size from 2,300 to 3,400 square feet of living space. Starting from the high $600s, these one-story homes feature three to six bedrooms, two to four full baths and three- to four-car garages.

Previously, the largest floor plan in this community, The Woodbury, offered a maximum of 3,250 square feet of living space. The addition of the new floor plan to Escena at Blossom Rock, The Cerro, offers buyers more than 3,400 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, 3 full baths, one half bath and a four-car garage.

The model home can be toured daily at 9811 S. Gold Stone Trail in Apache Junction, AZ, from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sunday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday, and 1-6 p.m. on Wednesday.
