Fried Frank Continues to Grow Private Equity Funds Group with Partner Amy Johnson in New York

Fried Frank announced today that Amy Johnson has joined the firm as a partner in the Private Equity Funds Group and the Asset Management Practice in New York. She joins from Goodwin, where she was a partner in the private equity group and a member of the private investment funds practice.

Amy has experience advising major sponsors on all aspects of the formation, operation and ongoing maintenance of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, co-investments, fund-of-funds and secondaries in the United States, Europe and Latin America. She advises clients on their formation and fundraising activities, as well as their ongoing operational affairs, including regulatory compliance, investor relations, governance, investment personnel matters and administrative considerations.

Amy's arrival follows that of partner Audra A. Cohen, who joined the Asset Management Practice in New York in April. In addition, the firm recently added finance partners Monica K.
