Leaf & Grass Drop OffThe City of Alpena's Public Works Service Center, located at 1001 Long Lake Avenue, will be open Saturday, November 2, and November 9, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for drop off of bagged leaf and grass materials for City of Alpena residents ONLY.
