Planning a Halloween party on a budget can be scary, but it doesn't have to be. You can snatch up quite a few cool things on a skeleton budget. The best advice is to use things you have around the house, old white bed sheets make the best ghosts. While decorations from years past, can be a great addition to a few new buys. When it comes to games, use what you have on hand or play the ole' classic game of bobbing for apples. Grab your friends, apples, and a large bucket of water. Get a few fun prizes from the bargain bin, a few sweet treats and there you have it. When it comes to serving food, have a potluck, ask everyone to bring their favorite dish. And remember, a good time doesn't have to be expensive, good food with friends is always priceless.
