Interstate 5 - Lane & Ramp Closures
Lane And Ramp Closures From Crosstown Freeway To County Line

San Joaquin County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various ramp and lane closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows;

• Overnight closure of the #1 (left) lane of northbound I-5 between Walker Slough and the Stockton Channel Viaduct for utility work beginning Sunday, July 7, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

• Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to SR-12 (Flag City) for construction work beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

• Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane on northbound and southbound I-5 for construction beginning Monday, July 8, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound.)

• Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Eight Mile Road on northbound and southbound I-5 for construction beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound.)

• Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 between Eight Mile Road and SR-12 (Flag City) for construction work beginning Friday, July 12 through Sunday, July 14, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m.

• Overnight, full off and on-ramp closures at SR-12/Flag City on northbound and southbound I-5 for construction beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.

• Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from SR-12 (Flag City) to the Sacramento County line for construction beginningMonday, July 8, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Saturday, July 13 through Sunday, July 14 from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m.

• Overnight, full off and on-ramp closures on northbound and southbound I-5 at Turner Road for construction beginning Monday, July 8, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

• Overnight, full off and on-ramp closures on northbound and southbound I-5 at Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

• Overnight, full off and on-ramp closures on northbound and southbound I-5 at Peltier Road for construction beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 4 - Lane Closures
From Fresno Avenue To Wilson Way

San Joaquin County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane closures for maintenance work on State Route 4 (SR-4). Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, one-way traffic control on SR-4 at Fresno Avenue for a striping operation beginning Monday, July 8 through Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

• One-way traffic control on SR-4 at Jack Tone Road for tree work beginning Tuesday, July 9 through Wednesday, July 11, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

• Overnight closure of the #2 (center) and #3 (right) lanes of eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway from Airport Way to Wilson Way for bridge work beginning Wednesday, July 10 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

• Overnight closure of the #1 (left) lane of eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway from Mormon Slough to Center Street for bridge work beginning Wednesday, July 10 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Interstate 205 - Lane & Ramp Closures
From 11th Street To I-5

San Joaquin County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 205 (I-205) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full closure of the onramp to westbound I-205 from Grant Line Road for construction beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12 from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.

• Overnight closure of the #3 (right) lane of westbound I-205 from Byron Road to Paradise Road for construction beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.

• Overnight, alternating lane closures on eastbound and westbound I-205 from Paradise Road to I-5 for guardrail work beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

• Overnight closures of the #3 (right) lanes of eastbound and westbound I-205 between 11^th Street and MacArthur Drive for guardrail work beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (eastbound) and from 7:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. (westbound).

• Full closure of the MacArthur Drive onramps for construction beginning Monday, July 8, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. (westbound) and 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (eastbound).

State Route 12 - Lane Closures
From The Sacramento County Line To Guild Avenue

San Joaquin County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 12 (SR-12) for maintenance operations. Work will occur as follows:

• Alternating lane closures on eastbound and westbound SR-12 from the Sacramento County Line to Lower Sacramento County Road for a sweeping operation beginning Monday, July 8, through Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

• One-way traffic control on SR-12 between Tecklenburg Road and Cherry Road for tree work beginning Wednesday, July 10 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

State Route 88 - Lane Closures
From Alpine Road To Jack Tone Road

San Joaquin County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 88 (SR-12) for shoulder work. Work will occur as follows:

• One-way traffic control on SR-88 between Alpine Road and Jack Tone Road for shoulder work beginning Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
