Oracle Recognized for Exemplary Solutions in 2024 Buyers Guide for Learning Management Systems by ISG Software Research, formerly Ventana Research

The ability for talent to learn new skills and adapt to new processes has always been critical for business success, but with technology and the way we work changing at such a rapid pace, it's increasingly difficult for organizations to provide their employees with the resources they need to keep up. This is especially true at a time when employees are looking to their organizations with higher expectations around transparency into roles and responsibilities, and guidance on career development opportunities.

We understand the size and importance of this challenge and are committed to helping our customers unlock the power of their workforce through dynamic skills and learning strategies. This has been a huge area of focus for us that we have worked closely with our customers and partners to solve and that's why we're so proud to be recognized as an Overall Leader in the 2024 Buyers Guide for Learning Management Systems by ISG Software Research, formerly Ventana Research.

Oracle Learning, which is part of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), was classified as Exemplary-a category that "represents those that performed the best in meeting the overall Product and Customer Experience requirements." And not only that-we were also the only software provider to be named a Leader in all seven categories: Adaptability, Capability, Manageability, Reliability, Usability of the Product, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)/Return on Investment (ROI), and Validation of the Software Provider.

This recognition comes on the heels of Oracle also being classified as Exemplary in the 2024 Buyers Guides for both Learning Experience Platforms and Extended Enterprise Learning by ISG Software Research, formerly Ventana Research. These are two additional areas of learning that we pride ourselves on from the innovation and customer success we've seen within the Oracle Cloud HCM community, such as maximizing talent potential with AI-recommended growth opportunities and launching tailored learning campaigns across the extended enterprise to close critical skills gaps.

We believe the recognition across all three reports reflects our dedication to helping our customers develop a strong and capable workforce and establish an environment where their employees can gain new skills and build their careers. We do this by helping our customers optimize their learning management with data-driven insights and continuous innovation.

We of course want to thank ISG Software Research, formerly Ventana Research, for its diligent research and recognition, but we also want to thank our incredible customers-it's you who are driving us to innovate, to deliver these award-winning solutions, and to continue our work to help unlock the power of skills across the enterprise. Thank you!
