William Blair acted as exclusive financial advisor to M-Files, the leader in knowledge work automation, in connection with its pending majority recapitalization led by Haveli Investments (Haveli) and Bregal Milestone. Founder & CEO Antti Nivala continues as significant minority shareholder together with the company's leadership team and employees. The transaction was announced on August 13, 2024, and is expected to close in Q4 2024.
