New York: Global law firm Clifford Chance advised the underwriters in the initial public offering of Tamboran Resources Corporation, an independent natural gas company that operates in Australia. Tamboran shares commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 27, 2024, under the ticker symbol "TBN".
