DHS Adds Five Entities to UFLPA Entity List

In a press release published on August 8, 2024, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced five entities based in the People's Republic of China (PRC) would be added to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List.

These additions bring the total number of entities on the UFLPA Entity List to 73.

Goods from these five entities will be prohibited from entering the United States on or after August 9, 2024.
