BNSF Agricultural Products: Labor Day Operating Plan

TRAIN SERVICE
This year, the Labor Day holiday falls on Monday, September 2. Agricultural trains will operate according to normal schedules; however, connecting carriers who have reduced operations for the holiday may cause delays on interline traffic. Grain Operations will provide full coverage over the holiday.

For interactive tracing 365 days a year, please use BNSF's Tracing web tool by logging in to the BNSF Customer Portal with your username and password and selecting the Trace tab on the Home page. If you have questions regarding a shipment(s), please utilize the Message Us feature on the BNSF Customer Portal (must be registered/logged in to access) or contact BNSF Customer Support at 1-888-428-2673.

Customer Support will maintain a limited staff on Labor Day. Normal coverage will resume on Tuesday, September 3.
