Town of Wright - Primax Properties, LLC Site Plan Approval (Dollar General Retail Store)

Conditioned Negative Declaration

Schoharie County - The Town of Wright Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Primax Properties, LLC - Site Plan approval (Dollar General Retail Store) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice.

The action involves a site plan application for a 10,700 ± square foot proposed retail store to be located on 3 ± acre parcel, having access from Route 443, near Cook/Debritko Roads (Proposed Action). The Proposed Action also includes proposed parking areas, driveway, a private well, individual sewage disposal system, stormwater management infrastructure that supports the facility and landscaping, lighting, fencing, signage, and grading. The project is located on Route 443 in the Town of Wright, New York.

The conditions are:
1. Strict Compliance with Site Plan.
2. Building Design and Appearance.
3. Deed Restriction on Use of Adjacent Parcel.
4. Signs.
5. Compliance with New York State Sanitary Code.
6. Compliance with New York State Storm Water Laws and Regulations.
7. Storm Water Management and Disposal Facilities Maintenance Plan.
8. Landscaping Plan. 9. Landscaping Maintenance Plan.
10. Wastewater Disposal Plan.
11. Lighting Plan.
12. NYS Department of Transportation Approvals & Compliance.
13. Site Monitoring.
14. No Pesticides.
