On October 2, 2024, Josh Baumgarten informed the board of directors (the "Board") of TPG Inc. (the "Company") that he is resigning from his position as a director of the Company, effective as of October 7, 2024, and intends to transition from the Company as of year-end.Mr. Baumgarten's resignation from the Board and decision to leave the Company did not result from any disagreements with the Company regarding any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
