CM/ECF System Downtime Reminder

As a reminder, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan will be upgrading to the latest version of CM/ECF this coming weekend The upgrade will require system downtime beginning at 5:00 pm on Friday, December 6, 2024, and continuing until 8:00 am on Monday, December 9, 2024. Please see Administrative Order 2024-4 for emergency filing instructions.
