Village Board Agenda & Minutes Now Found on New Portal!

Village Board agendas, packets, and minutes can now be found on the Village's new legislative portal! Starting in July, the portal will serve as a one-stop shop for those seeking information on upcoming, or previous (dating back to June 2024), Village Board meetings. The portal makes it simple for individuals to remain informed and engaged in the actions of the Village Board.

Visitors to the portal will be able to easily see previous and upcoming meeting agendas and minutes, as well as access links to respective YouTube videos. The portal is part of a new software system implemented by the Village to assist in the creation of legislative matters, their consideration by Village officials, and the archiving of final actions taken by the respective Village boards and commissions. The system helps to replace time-intensive manual processes of creating packets, allowing staff to be more efficient in performing this task and freeing up time to be devoted to other tasks.

To navigate the portal, click on the calendar and select the meeting you wish to know more about. The page will load with the published agenda, which can be viewed electronically in a splitscreen format by selecting "Splitscreen", or as a complete PDF packet by selecting "Print Version - Agenda Packet". Once meeting minutes are published, they will appear with the respective meeting for easy navigation.
