St. Louis Work Zones September 5- September 11

ST. LOUIS - Drivers who use Green Park Road under I-55 in south St. Louis County should be aware that the road will close overnight next week, weather permitting.

Crews will close Green Park Road under I-55 Tuesday, September 10 at 1 a.m. to place concrete on the I-55 bridge over the roadway. Green Park Road will reopen Tuesday, September 10 by noon.

Grant's Trail is currently expected to remain open during this closure.

During the closure, trucks leaving the industrial area on the west side of the interstate can detour using Green Park, Route 21 and Lindbergh. Cars can use Mueller Road, Lindbergh and Union to detour around the closure.

  • I-55/I-44, St. Louis City, one lane of southbound I-55/westbound I-44 closed at 7th/Park to Lafayette overpass.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, one northbound lane closed from Lindbergh to north of Bayless through the end of 2024.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, Cherokee entrance ramp to southbound I-55 closed through 2024.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, Gravois/Geyer St. on-ramp to northbound I-55 closed through early October 2024.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, two northbound lanes closed from north of Bayless to Virginia through the end of 2024.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, the ramp from northbound to Loughborough and the Loughborough on-ramp to northbound I-55 closed will be closed through 2024.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, the ramp from Lafayette/Truman to southbound I-55 is closed through 2024.

  • Route 67, St. Louis County, northbound lanes at Route 180 closed through December 2024. Traffic has been switched to southbound side of Route 67, with one lane in each direction.
  • Route AB, St. Louis County, one eastbound and westbound lane closed under I-270 through 2025.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one southbound lane closed from Thoroughman Avenue to Frost Avenue through 2024.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one northbound lane closed from Thoroughman to Robert Avenue.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one southbound lane closed from Jean Dr. to Cady Avenue.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one northbound lane closed from Wadsworth Dr. to Taille De Noyer Dr.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one southbound lane closed at Emerling Drive until late September 2024.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, one westbound/eastbound lane closed at Belleau Creek.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, one lane closed on the ramp from T.R. Hughes to eastbound through late September 2024.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, Fairgrounds/Convention Center Boulevard on ramp to westbound I-70 closed until mid-November. Traffic is diverted to Route 94 to access westbound I-70.
  • Route 79, St. Charles County, all northbound and southbound lanes closed over I-70.
  • Route 79, St. Charles County, one lane closed from North Service Rd to Norfolk Railroad bridge; and one southbound lane closed over Norfolk Railroad bridge.
  • I-55, Jefferson County, starting Monday, three left turn lanes closed at McNutt under the interstate through mid-October 2024. Traffic will move to the outside lanes. Drivers will be able to make a left turn onto the interstate ramps.
  • Route 21, Jefferson County, one lane closed at West Four Ridge overpass.
  • Route 21, Jefferson County, one northbound lane closed from Schenk Road to Route 141.
  • Route 21, Jefferson County, old Route 21 (Schenk Road) exit closed over new Route 21.
  • Route 67, Jefferson County, one lane closed southbound at I-55 through 2024.
  • Route CC, Franklin County, one lane closed over Little Creek.
