Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 1:27 AM, Troopers arrested Deon E. Pemberton, age 42, of 92 Lynch Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Domestic - Felony Assault and/or Battery originating out of the Providence Police Department; and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Bail Violation Hearing on the original charge of Simple Assault and/or Battery originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.
