Notice of Public Hearing: Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Funding Policies

The Sonoma County Community Development Committee and the Cities and Towns Advisory Committee will hold concurrent public hearings to review proposed revisions to Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 Funding Policies for federal funding sources such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Low Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) programs. The Funding Policies guide the process for eligibility and distribution of LMIHAF and federal funds managed by the Sonoma County Community Development Commission for activities located in Sonoma County outside of the city limits of Santa Rosa and Petaluma.

The concurrent public hearings will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at the Sonoma County Community Development Commission office building located at 141 Stony Circle, Suite 210 (second floor), Santa Rosa, CA 95401.
