TRAFFIC ALERT New Castle County Route 100 to Close for Drainage Work

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) advises motorists that Route 100, Montchanin Road, will be closed between Smith's Bridge Road and Brendle Lane so a crew can replace a storm drainage pipe along the roadway and across a driveway. The closure will be in place from Monday, July 29th to Friday, August 9th. This will be a 24/7 closure. A detour will be posted.

This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
