S&C Advises Zuora CEO in $1.7 Billion Take-Private of Zuora with Silver Lake and GIC

Zuora, a leading monetization suite for modern business, agreed to be acquired by Silver Lake, the global leader in technology investing, in partnership with an affiliate of GIC, in a transaction valued at $1.7 billion. Upon completion of the transaction, Zuora will become a privately held company.

S&C is advising Zuora CEO Tien Tzuo on the take-private acquisition and on rollover and ongoing governance and employment arrangements.
