Maintenance Work Planned Next Week in Columbia County

Montoursville, PA - Motorists are advised that a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be performing pipe replacements and drainage repairs next week in Catawissa, Cleveland, and Conyngham townships, Columbia County.

On Monday, October 7, 2024, a PennDOT maintenance crew will perform a pipe replacement on River Hill Drive (Route 487) between Deer Road and Hollow Road (Route 3016) in Catawissa Township. Motorists can expect single lane conditions with flagging where work is being performed.

On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, a PennDOT maintenance crew will perform a pipe replacement on Orchard Drive (Route 3003) between Route 487 and Scenic Drive in Cleveland Township. Motorists can expect single lane conditions with flagging where work is being performed.

On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, a PennDOT maintenance crew will be performing drainage repairs on Route 61 near Myers Street in Centralia, Conyngham Township. Motorists can expect single lane conditions with flagging where work is being performed.

Work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, weather permitting. Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
