Scituate Barracks

On Friday, August 16, at 8:10 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Dupre, age 38, of 40 Atlantic Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Simple Assault originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Dupre was processed at State Police Headquarters and turned over to Providence Superior Court for arraignment.

On Friday, August 16, at 10:12 AM, Troopers arrested Lismarie Martinez Vargas, age 32, of 72 Kendall Street, Apartment #3R, Central Falls, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Failure to Stop for Accident originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Vargas was processed at State Police Headquarters and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
