Six More Races Shifted Towards Democrats as Momentum Grows

Today, Inside Elections shifted six additional races towards House Democrats this week, including shifting CA-45 and NY-19 to toss ups.

House Democrats "smoke[d] GOP rivals " this week in Q3 fundraising, and are on track to win in November.

Non-partisan race raters have now shifted races 41 times in House Democrats' favor, and only 13 times towards House Republicans since the beginning of September.
