Wickford Barracks

At 1:13 PM, Troopers arrested Andres Moreno, age 30 for 1.) Giving False Document to Public Official. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Troopers and a warrant check at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal, in the City of Cranston. Moreno was transported, processed, and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace pending a future Third District Court date.
