NATCA Celebrates Rebranding of IFATCA Americas Region, Emphasizing Global Collaboration

The International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers Associations (IFATCA) Americas Region has unveiled a new logo, symbolizing the unity and cooperation of air traffic control member associations across the Western Hemisphere. The logo features the emblems of member associations encircling depictions of their home countries, representing nations including Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, United States, and Uruguay.

NATCA, as part of this vibrant community, recognizes the immense value in the global exchange of information and best practices for the profession. The collaboration within IFATCA Americas is vital for fostering advancements in air traffic control and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

"Our extensive geographic region stretches over 10,000 miles, from Canada in the north to Chile and Argentina in the south," IFATCA Americas Executive Vice President, and former NATCA Executive Vice President, Trish Gilbert said.
