Wickford Barracks

At 10:47 pm Troopers arrested Leny Vasquez, age 31, of 138 Oxford Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs 1st Offense- B.A.C. Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Mr. Vasquez was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and later released to the custody of a responsible adult.
