At 10:21 AM, Troopers arrested Ramon Javier Infante age 43, of 486 Hartford Avenue Providence, Rhode Island for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Warren Street in the City of Providence. Javier Infante was later transported to State Police-Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace with a future Sixth District Court Date.

At 1:18 AM, Troopers arrested Francisco Martinez, age 67, of 27 Rugby Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .15 or Greater -First Offense (Phase I:.188, Phase II: .197), and 2.) Possession of Schedule I - V Controlled Substance - 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Bucklin Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
