Sprouts Farmers Market Looking to Hire 93 Employees for New Downey Location

Downey, CA - Sprouts Farmers Market,one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country, announced it will open a new store this fall in Downey to expand local access to fresh and healthy foods. This opening marks the first store in Downey within the Los Angeles County area.

Sprouting at 12060 Lakewood Blvd., the store will open on Friday, December 6 at 7 a.m. Details about the grand opening celebration will be announced in the coming months.

The healthy grocer's new location is bringing 93 full- and part-time career opportunities to the area. Sprouts' healthy approach to grocery shopping means team members should share a passion for fresh, natural and organic products which are offered throughout the store.

A virtual management hiring event will take place to kick off the new location staffing on Wednesday, October 16. The virtual event will be followed by an in-person team member event taking place on Tuesday, October 22 from 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel Los Angeles Norwalk - 13111 Sycamore Dr., Norwalk, CA 90650.
