Maine Delegation Attending Democratic National Convention in Chicago

This week, August 19th-22nd, the Maine delegation, including Governor Janet Mills, will participate in the 2024 Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Chicago, Illinois.

Maine Democratic Party Chair Bev Uhlenhake released the following statement:

"The convention will serve as a major opportunity for the Democratic Party and our nominees, Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz, to tell our story directly to the American people. Maine Democrats are excited to share our vision of the future, where freedoms are protected and every Mainer has a fair shot, on the national stage and make history by nominating Kamala Harris to be the next President of the United States."
