COMPLAINT:

On December 28, 2023, NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC) issued a Complaint against East West Global LLC (East West Global) and ... Luke J. Adrian (Adrian). The Complaint charges East West Global and Adrian with engaging in a deceptive course of conduct involving pool participants; making deceptive and misleading communications to pool participants; using deceptive and misleading promotional materials; failing to observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade; and acting contrary to pool participants' best interests.

ANSWER TO COMPLAINT:

On February 19, 2024, East West Global and Adrian filed an Answer to the Complaint.

DECISION:

On August 5, 2024, NFA's Hearing Panel issued a Decision, pursuant to a settlement offer, ordering that East West Global be permanently prohibited from reapplying for membership and from acting or being listed as a principal of an NFA Member. In addition, the Hearing Panel ordered that Adrian be permanently prohibited from applying for NFA membership, reapplying for NFA associate membership and from acting or being listed as a principal of an NFA Member.Read More.
