Greater LA Vector Control Launches Summer Campaign, "Safeguarding Public Health Since 1952"

The Greater Los Angeles County Vector Control District (GLACVCD/District) has launched its 2024 summer campaign, "Safeguarding Public Health Since 1952," aimed at enhancing awareness and outreach of the District's services to its nearly six million Greater Los Angeles residents. In addition to increasing visibility, the campaign aims to educate residents on effective measures to protect themselves and the community from mosquitoes through expert guidance. Scheduled to run until November 2024, the campaign underscores GLACVCD's commitment to protecting public health from mosquitoes and mosquito-borne diseases.
