The # 1 Reason Your SharePoint or OneDrive Isn’t Synching!

But did you know that using invalid characters in your filename or folder is the #1 reason thatsynching stops?

Don't use the following special characters in file or folder names:

" * : < > ? / |

These characters cannot be usedbecause they serve other purposes within OneDrive and SharePoint.

If you have a file or folder that contains any of these characters, rename it, and syncing should continue.
