Student Success Coordinator, College of Arts and Sciences

The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking candidates who are dedicated to student success. The successful candidate will be responsible for student success efforts including recruitment events and retention initiatives for the college.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a bachelor's degree and two year relevant experience. To thrive in this role, candidates should have exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present information to individuals and groups in an engaging way; demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders; strong organizational, time management and event planning skills; and strong customer service skills and orientation. Additionally, candidates should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals and groups and to work successfully as a member of a team; demonstrate innovation, creativity, and adaptability in developing and implementing projects/programs tailored to a target audience; be knowledgeable of methods of organization, research, and analysis; and have the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
